The Dahua DHI-NVR4216-16P-AI/ANZ is a powerful 16-channel network video recorder designed for larger residential and commercial CCTV systems. Featuring 16 built-in PoE ports, compatible IP cameras can receive power and data through a single network cable, simplifying installation and reducing the need for separate PoE switches or camera power supplies.
Part of Dahua’s WizSense range, the recorder includes advanced artificial intelligence features for more accurate event detection and efficient footage searching. Built-in SMD Plus technology can identify people and vehicles while filtering out common causes of false alarms, including rain, moving leaves and changing lighting conditions.
The NVR supports IP cameras with resolutions up to 16MP and provides up to 256Mbps incoming, recording and outgoing bandwidth. Its 4K HDMI output delivers high-quality local viewing, while simultaneous playback of up to 16 channels makes it easy to review footage across the entire system.
Two internal SATA hard drive bays provide expanded recording capacity, with support for hard drives up to 20TB. Smart H.265+ compression helps reduce bandwidth and storage requirements while maintaining clear recorded video.
Remote access from compatible iOS and Android devices allows users to view live cameras, review recorded footage and receive security event notifications while away from the property.
