The Ajax BulletCam HL 8MP is a wired AI-powered IP security camera combining 4K Ultra HD video, intelligent object detection and Ajax Hybrid Light technology. Designed for indoor and outdoor surveillance, it provides detailed video during the day and enhanced visibility at night while integrating directly into the Ajax security ecosystem.
The 8 Megapixel version with 2.8 mm fixed lens provides a wide field of view and is ideal for monitoring entrances, driveways, building perimeters and general surveillance areas where broad coverage is required.
Ajax Hybrid Light technology allows the BulletCam HL to switch between infrared illumination and white LED illumination. Under normal low-light conditions, the camera can operate using discreet infrared lighting, while white illumination can be activated to capture colour footage at night.
The camera incorporates AI-powered video analytics for intelligent event detection and works with Ajax video surveillance features to provide fast access to live and recorded video. It also features TrueWDR, helping maintain image detail in challenging scenes containing both bright and dark areas.
A built-in microphone provides audio capture, while flexible power options allow the camera to be powered using either PoE or 12 V DC. The camera is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations.
