AJAX 65149 WaterStop 3/4" White Smart Water Shut-Off Valve
The Ajax WaterStop 3/4" Jeweller is a wireless smart water shut-off valve designed to automatically stop the water supply when a leak is detected. When used with Ajax LeaksProtect or another compatible leak detector, WaterStop can close the valve automatically through an Ajax automation scenario, helping minimise water damage.
The 3/4" version is supplied with a DN20 RuB ball valve with BSPP threads and a powerful electric actuator. Under normal operating conditions, the valve can shut off the water supply in approximately 7 seconds. It can also be opened or closed remotely through the Ajax app, manually using the valve lever, or automatically through programmed scenarios.
Communication with the Ajax hub is provided through the encrypted Jeweller wireless protocol, with a range of up to 1,100 metres in open space. The unit is powered by four pre-installed CR123A batteries with battery life of up to 3 years, and it can also be connected to an external DC power supply.
