The Hikvision DS-2CD36167G3-LIZSU/SL(Y) is an advanced 16MP Ultra High Definition motorised varifocal bullet network camera designed for high-security commercial, industrial and perimeter surveillance applications. Combining exceptionally high-resolution imaging, intelligent AI analytics, Smart Hybrid Light and active deterrence, it provides both detailed video evidence and proactive protection against intruders.

Featuring a large 1/1.8" Progressive Scan CMOS sensor, the camera delivers a maximum resolution of 4608 × 3456, providing approximately 16 million pixels of image detail. Hikvision's HIK AI-ISP image processing provides advanced noise reduction and excellent low-light performance, with colour sensitivity down to approximately 0.0008 lux.

The integrated 2.7–13.5mm motorised varifocal lens provides remote zoom and focus adjustment, with a horizontal field of view from approximately 99° wide angle to 43° telephoto, making it ideal for entrances, driveways, car parks, warehouses and perimeter applications where the required field of view needs to be precisely configured.

Hikvision Smart Hybrid Light technology combines both infrared and visible white-light illumination, providing three selectable illumination modes. Both IR and white-light illumination are effective at distances of up to approximately 60 metres, allowing the camera to provide discreet infrared surveillance or colour video when required.

Advanced deep-learning analytics provide accurate human and vehicle classification, helping significantly reduce nuisance alarms caused by animals, vegetation and environmental movement. Intelligent perimeter functions include line crossing, intrusion, region entrance and region exiting detection.

For proactive security, the /SL LiveGuard active deterrence system incorporates a flashing white strobe light and built-in speaker capable of automatically issuing audible warnings when an intrusion event occurs. Built-in arrayed dual microphones and the integrated speaker also provide high-quality two-way audio, allowing operators to communicate directly with people at the camera location.

The -Y version features enhanced NEMA 4X anti-corrosion protection, providing additional resistance to corrosion in coastal, industrial and high-humidity environments. The rugged metal housing is also rated IP67 weather resistant and IK10 vandal resistant.
