The Hikvision DS-96128NXI-S16R is a high-performance 128-channel network video recorder designed for large commercial, industrial and enterprise surveillance systems. Its powerful processing platform supports IP cameras with resolutions up to 32MP, making it suitable for projects requiring extensive camera coverage, high-resolution recording and advanced video analytics.
Built-in AcuSense intelligence supports facial recognition, perimeter protection, video structuralisation and AcuSearch. AcuSearch provides a faster way to locate people and vehicles of interest across recorded footage, helping reduce the time required to investigate security incidents. Additional camera-based analytics can include ANPR, people counting, Motion Detection 2.0 and VCA when used with compatible Hikvision cameras.
With up to 1280Mbps incoming and 1024Mbps outgoing bandwidth, the recorder can manage a large number of high-resolution video streams. Its decoding capability supports up to two 32MP, eight 8MP or 32 Full HD camera streams at 30 frames per second, with simultaneous playback of up to 16 channels.
The DS-96128NXI-S16R includes 16 internal SATA hard-drive bays, each supporting a drive capacity of up to 20TB. RAID 0, 1, 5, 6 and 10 support provides flexible storage configuration and enhanced protection against data loss, while N+M hot-spare capability and redundant power supplies improve reliability for critical surveillance applications.
Multiple independent display outputs include four HDMI and two VGA connections, with HDMI output available at resolutions up to 8K. Four 2.5Gbps network interfaces provide the bandwidth and network flexibility required for larger CCTV installations.
