Hikvision DS-3E1105P-EI 4 Port Managed 10/100 PoE Switch with Uplink Port
The Hikvision DS-3E1105P-EI is a compact smart-managed PoE switch designed for smaller CCTV, video intercom and network installations. It features four 10/100 Mbps PoE ports and one dedicated 10/100 Mbps RJ45 uplink port, allowing compatible devices to receive network connectivity and power through a single Ethernet cable.
With a total 60W PoE power budget, the switch supports IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at devices, providing up to 30W of power per PoE port. It is suitable for powering compatible IP cameras, intercom door stations, indoor monitors and other PoE-enabled equipment without requiring individual power supplies.
The DS-3E1105P-EI supports long-range PoE transmission of up to 300 metres through ports 1 to 4 when Extend Mode is enabled. This can be useful for cameras and network devices installed beyond the normal 100-metre Ethernet distance, although performance may vary depending on the connected equipment and cable quality.
An intelligent PoE watchdog automatically detects and restarts cameras that stop responding, helping reduce system downtime and unnecessary service visits. Ports 1 and 2 can also operate as priority ports, ensuring important devices receive preferential data forwarding when available bandwidth is limited.
Smart-management features include 802.1Q VLAN support, port isolation, STP/RSTP loop prevention, port mirroring and cable fault detection. Installers can manage the switch through its web interface, Hik-Partner Pro or HikCentral Professional, with access to port status, bandwidth usage, PoE consumption, network topology and device alarms.
